Here at NetLegal in our development lab, we’re always busy thinking up new ideas and new ways to help you do your business faster, smarter, greener and cheaper.
We have a number of great products in the works and I wanted to share a few of these with you today. Your feedback on these new products will help us to create the tools that you need – not the tools that we think you need.Some of our favourite products are a direct result of your involvement.
We’ve recently launched some new products to our line of Docket services, both in the Federal arena and the PEI jurisdiction. For PEI, we’ve launched a new multi-party search against PEI court data that will allow you to quickly and easily perform in-depth title searches from a single page. This new search is a direct result of your comments and feedback. On the Federal Court side, we’ve also enhanced the search, which leads us to some of the new items that will be launched in the next short while.
The recently launched Federal Court Case List, a free weekly report that details all the new cases from the FCC is a great hit, but can give some users more cases than they want. Your feedback has suggested that the information is too broad and the number of cases overwhelming. We think we have the perfect solution for you. A new case activity report (the name of which will be released later), will soon be coming online that will allow you to drill in to the data, be it specific parties, IP names, proceeding types, locations, etc. Based on your feedback, this new search will allow you to get just the information you need when you need it. Keep an eye out for more detailed information on this new search and please feel free to send us your comments on what you would like to see.
In the spirit of just-in-time information, I wanted to mention another new product line – or more aptly described as a new communication medium that will enhance the entire NetLegal experience for you. Wireless. I’ll let you ponder that one for a moment. Imagine getting the information you need, when you need it with from NetLegal to your wireless device. Wouldn’t it be nice to know that everything has been properly served while sitting in your comfy chair on the back porch of your cottage? While we’re still working on the exact details of this product, rest assured that we will take all your comments and suggestions very seriously.
